Basic Service, Disassembly & Adjustment

Flat rate per instrument — shipping included both ways.

  • Complete disassembly of the instrument
  • Cleaning of all internal and external lens surfaces
  • Lubrication of all moving components
  • All minor mechanical adjustments
Replacement parts and complex or additional labor fall outside the flat rate. We’ll confirm any extra costs before proceeding. Turnaround is approximately 2 weeks, depending on instrument condition and parts availability.

Prefer a ready-made box? We mail a physical shipping kit with packaging materials straight to your clinic first.

Self-pack & ship

Already have packaging? Securely pack your instrument and ship it directly to Blue Sky LLC on your own schedule.

Running multiple units? We include a prepaid UPS return label inside every service box, so you can rotate instruments out of service and keep daily operations uninterrupted.
